1. Payment Method
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only. No online payments are accepted at this time.
2. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of Cash on Delivery orders, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong item or the item is incomplete
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or preference after delivery
- Normal wear and tear
3. Return Request Timeline
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if:
- Your item was received damaged or broken
- You received the wrong item
- There is a missing item in your order

5. Refunds
As we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis, monetary refunds are not provided.
If your return is approved due to a damaged or incorrect item, we may offer one of the following:

We operate worldwide. However, return shipping (if required) must be arranged by the customer unless otherwise specified by our support team.
